Ingredients:

Cucumber, cubed

Tomatoes, cubed

Onion, cubed

Green bell pepper, cubed

Celery, chopped

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt, lemon juice, and pepper

  • Gentle toss all ingredients together

Slatit Blankit (Tunisian Bread Salad) 


 

Ingredients:

1 French Baguette, sliced

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

8 oz. black olive, sliced

1-6 oz. tuna can

Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded

Capers

Harrisa (Tunisia chili paste)

Water

Vinegar

Salt and pepper

 

Directions:

  • Mix Harrisa, water, vinegar, salt, and pepper

  • Dip sliced baguette into the mixer. Both sides. Until finish all slices

  • Put the rest of the ingredients on the top

  • Serve cold

Korean Bean Sprout Side Dish  


 

Ingredients:

Bean sprout

Chopped green onion

Sesame oil

Salt to taste

 

Directions:

  • Clean bean sprout and drain
  • In the pot, bring the water to boil and then add salt.
  • Add bean sprout to the boiling water and let it cook
  • Then drain the sprout and put in large bowl.
  • Mix the cooked sprout with oil and green onion.
  • Let it cool and put in the fridge. Serve cold as a side dish
